Mint, spinach and cucumber make this the most refreshing glass in the collection - closer to a cool drink than a meal replacement. Coconut water keeps it light; half a banana keeps it smooth.
Quick answer: Fresh mint, spinach and cucumber blended with coconut water and banana. Light, cooling and ready in four steps.
Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup coconut water (or preferred liquid)
- ½ ripe banana, for creaminess
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
Fresh mint a step from the chopping board — the Smart Grow Box grows leafy greens and herbs on your kitchen bench, with the built-in water tank and full-spectrum LED doing the daily work. You supply the seeds.
