Shipping & Ordering

  • Orders are dispatched from our Sunshine Coast, QLD warehouse and shipped Australia-wide.
  • The shipping cost is added to the final invoice.
  • Prices are provided exclusive of GST.
  • Stock availability may vary, and orders are subject to supply.
  • Once items leave our warehouse, risk in the goods passes to the reseller, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns & Warranty
Please lodge claims for defective products within 7 days of receipt where possible. Returns are subject to approval and must align with our return policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
