At LaNiTex Australia Pty Ltd, we strive to provide efficient and reliable delivery services to our customers across Australia. Our systems are shipped directly from our local hub in Sippy Downs, Queensland, ensuring safe and professional handling of your hydroponic equipment.
Delivery Areas We currently offer delivery Australia-wide. For international inquiries or bulk orders for schools outside of Australia, please contact our support team for custom arrangements.
Delivery Timeframes & AUD Pricing All shipping costs are calculated in AUD at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Processing: Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday).

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days.

Regional & Western Australia: Delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched from our Queensland warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Failed Delivery Attempts If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or pickup at the nearest collection point.
Damaged or Missing Items Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there are any issues, such as transit damage, please contact our support team at office@lanitexhydrogarden.com.au within 48 hours of receipt with your order details and photos of the issue.
Changes & Cancellations Changes to delivery details must be made at least 24 hours before dispatch. Cancellations once an item has been shipped may be subject to restocking fees as per our Refund Policy.
