Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh kale leaves, stems removed
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional, for extra nutrition)

Method
- Blend the ingredients: Add kale, banana, almond milk, honey, and ice to a blender.
