Ingredients
- 1 head butter lettuce, washed and torn into larger pieces
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Toasted walnuts or almonds (optional, for crunch)

Method
