Avocado Butter Lettuce Salad

Tender butter lettuce and creamy avocado are an easy pair, pulled together here with a lime, honey and Dijon dressing. It takes minutes to make and tastes like you fussed - especially with leaves picked the same day.

Ingredients

  • 1 head butter lettuce, washed and torn into larger pieces
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
